Shipping & Delivery time


Because we understand that you want to enjoy your new apron as quickly as possible, we try to deliver your order to you as rapidly as possible.

– Ordered before 16.00 (4 PM)?
If the item is in stock, we will ship your order the same day!

– Ordered on the weekend?
We immediately dive into the warehouse on Monday morning, to pack your order and send it the same day.

– Exception
If an item has yet to be produced, the delivery time can be 1-2 weeks, and we will keep you informed of the actual delivery time.

– A personalized apron ordered with a laser engraving or an extra bag on your apron?
All our products are handmade, and we make an extra bag on your apron with love, or we laser your name in the leather. With this type of order, take into account 2 to 5 extra working days for delivery.

Delivery time to:
The Netherlands: within 1 working day
Within Europe: 3-5 working days
Outside of Europe: within 10 working days


Shipping costs

Within the Netherlands we pay the shipping costs for you and the delivery is therefore FREE. Do you live in Belgium, Germany or Luxembourg? Then you pay a standard shipping amount of € 10. If you live somewhere else within the European Union, the costs for sending your package will be € 20. For countries outside the European Union + Norway and Switzerland we request an amount of € 50.-. For shipments to America a standard rate of € 30 applies.

Orders are shipped with the DHL Parcel service. When your package leaves our office, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a Track & Trace code, so that you can track the status of your order yourself.


We ship your product in a specially made cardboard tube in which the apron is rolled up in wrapping paper. This prevents the leather from being damaged by folding.



It is possible that you are not completely satisfied with your product. That is a pity, but not a problem. You may exchange or return an order from us within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are paid by the customer.

Returning a step-by-step plan

The products must be unused and unworn, packed in the original packaging including attached price tags.

Send us an email at and indicate which product you would like to return with the reason for the return.

Pack the items well and make sure the invoice is included.

As soon as we have received your package in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

Has the item suffered a production error, damage or other fault due to our error? You can return your item to us free of charge. Send us an email at info@xapron.comand we will send you a return form including proof of shipment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept personalized and custom-made products. This concerns not only articles with personalized labels, but also aprons with stitched pockets or a metal ring.
